ISAURA CAKE WITH CHEESE AND PEACHES

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line the tin with baking paper.
Cocoa cake: Whisk the eggs with sugar, add the oil, then add the sifted flour with cocoa powder and baking powder. Stir until smooth.
Pour the cocoa mixture into the mold and smooth it.
Cheese mixture: Stir all ingredients until smooth (puree briefly).
Put the cheese on top of the cocoa mixture.
Top with sliced peaches (drained from syrup).
Bake for about 50-60 minutes until one skewer is dry.
A cake that is perfect for a Sunday afternoon or family gatherings.
