I’ve been making this salad for 10 years! Fresh salad in winter and summer Ingredients and preparation:

Clean jars, I use 1.5 liter jars.
Divide the salad between jars to make about 4.5 liters of
salad . Pour the remaining juice over the jarred salad. If the juice doesn’t completely cover the salad, don’t worry.
Press the vegetables lightly. More juice will be released during sterilization.
Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons of 9% vinegar to a 1.5-liter jar of salad.
Close the jars tightly with sterilized lids.
Place a towel in the bottom of the pot.
Fill with cold water, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat slightly and sterilize for 45 minutes. For 1 liter jars, the sterilization time is 35 minutes.
After sterilization, cover with a towel and allow to cool.
Store in a cool, dark place for 1 year.
