1 cup of hot water
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (or freshly grated)
1 pinch of turmeric
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon of natural honey (optional)
Preparation:
Boil water, add ginger, cinnamon and turmeric.
Brew for 5 minutes, then strain.
Once slightly cooled, add lemon juice and honey.
Drink warm, half an hour before bedtime.
