Step 5: Cook the pancakes.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a paper towel dipped in oil. Pour in a small ladle of batter and immediately tilt the pan to coat the entire surface.
Step 6: Flip the pancake.
When small bubbles appear on the surface and the edges rise easily, flip the pancake with a spatula. Brown the other side for a few seconds.
Step 7: Repeat the process.
Place the pancakes on a plate, covering them with a clean cloth to keep them soft.
Step 8: Garnish and serve
Serve the pancakes warm with your choice of toppings: dulce de leche, jam, honey, spread, sugar and lemon, whipped cream or fresh fruit .
