Light Salad and Raw Vegetable Sauce

 

1. In a bowl, combine the plain yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard and pressed garlic clove.
2. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
3. Add chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives or coriander if necessary.
4. Mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous sauce.
5. Pour the light sauce over your salads and raw vegetables just before serving.
