Instructions:
Potato Preparation: Peel the potatoes and finely grate them into a bowl. Squeeze out excess water with a clean kitchen towel.
Prepare the Dough: Add the egg, grated cheese, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika to the potatoes. Mix until smooth.
Form the Croquettes: With wet hands, form small croquettes or flat pancakes.
Cooking: Heat the oil in a pan and fry the croquettes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
