Bay leaves

Garlic or whole garlic cloves

Peppers from Chile

Coriander Plant Seeds

Semillas de eneldo.

A mixture of different peppers: white, black, green, pink and allspice.

Sweetener

Sal.

Vinegar with a concentration of 70%.

Water that is hot.

Step 2: Prepare your bananas

Take the number of bananas you want and clean them carefully with a toothbrush and some baking soda. Wash them well and dry them gently. Then, cut off both ends of the bananas and cut them into pieces as thick as two fingers without peeling them. Set the banana slices aside for later.

Step 3: Place one glass on top of another.

Now it’s time to have fun – stack the jars on top of each other! Here’s how you can do it:

Start by placing a bay leaf at the bottom of each jar.

Add two cloves of garlic.

Then add two pieces of chili pepper.

Add a teaspoon of coriander seeds and a teaspoon of dill seeds.

Add a little of your mixed pepper mixture (white, black, green, pink, and allspice).

Now it’s time to lay the banana slices.

Place two or three slices of chili pepper on top.

Add a small spoonful of sugar to add some sweetness.

After that, add one and a half teaspoons of salt.

Add a spoonful of vinegar with an acidity of 70% to get a spicy flavor.

Then add a medium amount of hot water until the contents are covered.

Step 4: Clean and seal tightly.

Before you seal your jars, make sure they are well cleaned to keep the food fresh for a long time. After you’ve put everything in the jars, seal them tightly to keep air out. Now find a nice place to keep them and don’t think about them for two years!

Here’s the trick to keeping your bananas fresh for an incredible two years. No more throwing away bananas and no more wasting money. Just follow these simple instructions, and you’ll always have tasty, ripe bananas ready to eat.

The next time you notice brown spots on your bananas, don’t worry. If you keep this useful technique in mind, you’ll have fresh bananas for many years to come.
