1. First, process all ingredients (except jam and powdered sugar) into a smooth dough. Let it rest in aluminum foil in the refrigerator for an hour.
2. Then shape the dough into rolls to be able to cut many pieces of the same size.
3. Then shape pieces of dough into small balls and press a large hole into them. Reshape again if necessary (small cracks can be easily repaired by hand.
4. Now pour in jam with 2 teaspoons.
5. Bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper in the oven at 180°C for approx. 18 mins.
6. Finally, let cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in an airtight tin and, if necessary, sprinkle with powdered sugar again before serving.
