Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the peaches are tender.
3. Blend and strain.
Let cool slightly, then blend everything with a hand blender or a traditional blender until smooth.
For a creamier juice, strain it through a strainer or cheesecloth.
4. Cool and bottle.
Pour the juice into sterilized glass bottles, seal tightly, and let cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
You can also store it for longer periods by pasteurizing it (boiling the closed bottles for 20 minutes).
