Using a wooden spoon, place the fresh nettles in a 300ml glass container, filling it about ¾ full. Add the remaining alcohol (vodka or rakija).
• Close the container tightly and set aside for 4 days, pressing the nettle with a wooden spatula every day.
• After 4 days, filter through cheesecloth.
