100 g (3.5 oz) rolled oats
1/3 tsp baking powder
30 g (1 oz) coconut flakes
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut
oil 40 g (1.4 oz) chopped peanuts
50 g (1.7 oz) finely chopped apple (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the dry ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, and coconut flakes. Mix well.
Add the wet ingredients:
Add the maple syrup and coconut oil to the dry mixture. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
Add the peanuts and optional apple:
Stir in the chopped peanuts. If using, add the finely chopped apple and mix well.
Form the biscuits:
Prepare small portions of the mixture and shape them into biscuits about 8 cm in diameter. Press them well so that they hold together during cooking.
