How to prepare avocado kernel powder

- Rinse the kernel and let it dry for 3 to 4 days.
- Remove the thin brown film surrounding it.
- Cut it into pieces, then blend it until you get a fine powder.
- Store the resulting powder in an airtight container.
Consume in small quantities (1 teaspoon per day is sufficient), in your drinks, savory dishes or homemade sweets.
