How to prepare avocado kernel powder

You don’t need to be a chef:

  1. Rinse the kernel and let it dry for 3 to 4 days.
  2. Remove the thin brown film surrounding it.
  3. Cut it into pieces, then blend it until you get a fine powder.
  4. Store  the resulting powder  in an airtight container.

Consume in small quantities (1 teaspoon per day is sufficient), in your drinks, savory dishes or homemade sweets.
