2 lemons with the peel (preferably organic)

1 piece of ginger the size of a thumb

2 cinnamon sticks (1 teaspoon ground cinnamon)

1 teaspoon black peppercorns

1 liter of water

PROCEDURE:

 

Wash the lemon thoroughly with water and baking soda, then slice it and remove the seeds (which give it a bitter taste). Peel and chop the ginger. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cover with water.
