Pan-fried gnocchi tartiflette style

 

Cook the gnocchi

Immerse them in a pot of boiling salted water.

Drain as soon as they rise to the surface (2 to 3 min).

Sauté the onion and bacon

In a large skillet, heat the oil or butter.

Add the onion and sauté for 2 to 3 min.

Add the bacon and brown until crispy.

Add the gnocchi

 

Stir the drained gnocchi into the pan.

Brown for 2 to 3 min.

Cream

Pour in the cream, pepper and mix.

Simmer for 1 to 2 min.

Reblochon au gratin

Arrange the reblochon slices on top, crust side up.

Cover and let melt for 3 to 5 minutes (or go under the grill to gratin).

Serve

Sprinkle with parsley or chives and serve hot.
