Peach Upside-Down Cake

Instructions:
1️⃣ Make the caramel and pour into the pan. 🍬
2️⃣ Drain the peaches and cut them into quarters. Place in the pan. 🍑
3️⃣ Whisk butter, sugar, eggs.
4️⃣ Add flour + baking powder + vanilla.
5️⃣ Pour the batter over the fruit.
6️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 30-35 min. 🔥
7️⃣ Remove from the mould warm and serve chilled or warm.
