Instructions:

Drain the peaches and cut them into quarters. Place in the pan. ![]()
Whisk butter, sugar, eggs.
Add flour + baking powder + vanilla.
Pour the batter over the fruit.
Bake at 180°C for 30-35 min. ![]()
Remove from the mould warm and serve chilled or warm.
