Sponge cake 5 eggs (18 cm pan)
Ingredients:

150 g flour
150 g sugar
Preparation: Bake as before in an 18 cm pan for 40 to 45 minutes.
Sponge cake 6 eggs (20 cm mold)
Ingredients:
6 eggs
180 g flour
180 g sugar
Preparation:
Same process.
Use a 20cm can.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
Sponge cake 7 eggs (23 cm mold)
Ingredients:
7 eggs
210 g flour
210 g sugar
Preparation:
Same process.
23 cm shape.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
Sponge cake 8 eggs (25 cm mold)
Ingredients:
8 eggs
240 g flour
240 g sugar
Preparation:
Same process.
25 cm mold.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
