Potato and tuna fritters

1-Mash the potatoes very well and season to taste

2-Drain the tuna, add the potatoes and mix

3-Add the breadcrumbs little by little until you obtain a consistency that is easy to shape.

4-Add the eggs and grated cheese to the potatoes.
5-In a pan, heat enough oil to fry.

6-remove the oil and place the fritters on napkins to remove excess fat

7-Using your hands, form tortillas of the desired size and place them in a pan with very hot oil.
8-Fry until golden brown and firm.
9 portions can be accompanied with chopped lettuce and spaghetti.
