Potato pâté with minced meat

Preparation:

  1. Roll out a puff pastry.
  2. Cut out 4 slices larger in diameter than 4 individual shapes.
  3. Lay out the ramekins and place in the fridge.
  4. Peel and chop the shallot. Rinse the parsley, pat dry and chop.
  5. Mix everything together with the minced meat and the whole egg.
  6. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  7. Peel, rinse and dry the potatoes.
  8. Cut them into thin slices. Fill the mussels alternately with layers of meat and potatoes. Finish with the meat. Preheat the oven to 210°C.
  9. Roll out the remaining puff pastry.
  10. Cut it into 4 slices and cover each mold by pressing the edges to seal. Brush with egg yolk diluted in 1 tbsp. tsp water
  11. Bake for 40 minutes, paying attention to cooking. Serve immediately.
