Forming cookies:
Form the dough into balls and then flatten them into round cakes. 
Use a knife to make cuts on the surface of each cookie. 
Baking:
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. 
Submission:
Sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
