- 3 glasses of water.
- 11 tablespoons of black pepper.
- 2 teaspoons of grated ginger.
- A teaspoon of bee honey.
Method of preparation and use:
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the peppercorns and grated ginger, then simmer for at least 3 minutes. Then set aside and add honey to sweeten.
