1. In a saucepan, pour the milk with the vanilla, sugar, starch, egg yolks and butter.
2. Let thicken and pour into a mold.
3. Beat the egg and add the two teaspoons of sugar.
4. Brush the mixture over the dough and bake at 400°F/200° for 20-25 minutes.
