Range of stuffed biscuits: the recipe with a single dough

  1. Mix the butter and egg in a bowl.
  2. Add the oil, icing sugar and vanilla sugar.
  3. Then stir in the cornstarch, baking powder, salt and flour.
  4. Form a smooth, homogeneous dough and cut into portions of 18 to 20 g each.
  5. Form the cookies and bake at 180° for 12 minutes.
  6. Fill and decorate to your heart’s content.
