
Range of stuffed biscuits: the recipe with a single dough
- Mix the butter and egg in a bowl.
- Add the oil, icing sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Then stir in the cornstarch, baking powder, salt and flour.
- Form a smooth, homogeneous dough and cut into portions of 18 to 20 g each.
- Form the cookies and bake at 180° for 12 minutes.
- Fill and decorate to your heart’s content.
