Ingredients

  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 egg (optional, for a richer texture)

For the broth

  • 1 litre vegetable stock (or meat stock, to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
