Summer macaroni salad


 In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cream, and mustard.
 Season with a little salt and pepper.

To assemble
, add the cooled pasta, corn, bell pepper, celery, and onion to the bowl.
 Stir in half of the parsley or chives.
 Gently toss to coat

 Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
