Preparation:
1. First mix the flour in a large bowl with the dry yeast, salt and minced garlic. Then add warm water and olive oil.
Mix well with a spoon or spatula until all the ingredients are combined. The dough then remains slightly sticky – that’s absolutely true!
2. Now cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
3. Then lightly grease a loaf pan or baking sheet. Then carefully pour the yeast dough into the tin without kneading it.
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (top/bottom heat) for about 30 to 35 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
