Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and set aside for 10 minutes.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt, olive oil and pour in the yeast mixture.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes – it should be soft and elastic.
Cover with a cloth and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in volume.
After rising, roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray greased with olive oil.
Add tomato sauce, your favorite toppings and cheese.
Bake at 230°C for approximately 12–15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
