  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and set aside for 10 minutes.

  2. Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt, olive oil and pour in the yeast mixture.

  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes – it should be soft and elastic.

  4. Cover with a cloth and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in volume.

  5. After rising, roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray greased with olive oil.

  6. Add tomato sauce, your favorite toppings and cheese.

  7. Bake at 230°C for approximately 12–15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
