For the diplomatic cream (whipped cream + pastry cream):
500 ml whole milk
4 egg yolks
120 g sugar
40 g cornstarch
1 sachet of vanilla or 1/2 vanilla bean
250 ml cream
1 tablespoon caster sugar (for cream)
For the decoration:
powdered sugar
Melted dark chocolate (optional)
Blueberries or raspberries (optional)
