The ultimate drink for weight loss and detox!

  • 1 large cucumber: Moisturizing and refreshing!
  • 1 large pineapple: Sweet and packed with detoxifying enzymes.
  • 1 ginger root: (Add as much as you’d like; I’m a fan of a strong ginger kick!)
  • 1 quart pineapple tea: Homemade or store-bought, but make sure it’s not sweetened.
  • 1 large lemon: Squeezed for that zesty flavor.
  • 1 liter of water: To balance everything and hydrate you.

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

Start by chopping all the ingredients: your cucumber, pineapple, and ginger. Set them aside to mix later.

Step 2: Make Pineapple Tea

Take the pineapple skins (don’t throw them away!) and place them in a pot of spring water. Turn up the heat and let them boil for about 4 minutes. This will extract all those delicious flavors and nutrients.
