How to Prepare the Healing Juice
Ingredients (1 Serving)
1 medium beetroot (peeled and chopped)
2 medium carrots
1 cup fresh spinach
1 amla or 1 orange
Juice of ½ lemon
1 small piece of ginger
1 cup water or coconut water
Instructions
Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
Chop produce into pieces that fit your blender or juicer.
Blend all ingredients with water until smooth.
Strain through a fine sieve if you want a smoother juice (optional).
Serve immediately and enjoy fresh.
