What happens in your body 30 minutes after drinking cola

I’d like to stop drinking Coke, but I’m afraid that if I only drink water, I’ll “rust out.” Do you think it’s possible?

    • admin  said:

We rust and oxidize if we don’t consume enough antioxidants. In fact, cola is practically devoid of them, so cola causes rust in the body (even if it vaguely resembles a rust inhibitor). Sugar without its accompanying antioxidants is very harmful, hence the benefits of consuming fruit instead of refined sugar. As for water, it’s best to filter it…

so Coke, but after this information, God willing, it will never cross my threshold again! Bravo, and thank you so much for this insightful document!

The pH value of cola is about 3, while the pH value of lemon juice is 2.

About 7 or 8 years ago, I was a huge fan of carbonated drinks like Coca-Cola. Then, around 2007, I stopped drinking those “brown” sodas altogether. But in December 2013, I said to myself, “No more!” and completely stopped drinking any soda. (If you want, even a sugar addict can stop drinking this poison.)
Now I only drink water. Sometimes juice, but I make sure it’s 100% pure and contains as few ingredients as possible. 🙂 (We avoid canned juices and popular brands whenever possible.)
I’m not saying I eat a great diet, but just giving up soda has drastically improved my dental health. And even my overall health.

Water is so much better than 10ml of soda. It might not taste the best at first, but you’ll get used to it, trust me. 😉
And for those worried about “rusting,” eat fruits like apples, which are full of antioxidants that are good for your body. ^^

What about Coca-Cola Light and Coca-Cola Zero, which contain no sugar?

At one point in my life, I drank about two liters of Coke a day (actually, I only drank coffee in the morning and during the day). I did this for almost two years of school (my parents don’t buy it outside of vacation).
Well, at one point, I ran into financial trouble, so I quit completely (the same goes for cigarettes, but only for three weeks), and I can say that I haven’t seen much improvement since I stopped drinking.
That said, Coke didn’t harm me in the short term (so those of you who quit won’t automatically become gods).
However, since then, I’ve had serious dental problems and regular cavities, even though I avoid many foods (nuts, soft cheeses, and citrus fruits)… this, of course, doesn’t suggest a cause-and-effect relationship between Coke and cavities.
