Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix and chicken broth. Let it sit for a few minutes until the broth is absorbed.
  3. Add the ground turkey, egg, onion, celery, salt, pepper, sage, and garlic powder to the bowl. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan, pressing it down evenly.
  5. Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Allow the meatloaf to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
