150 g of chorizo (hot or mild) 🌶️
1 can of crushed tomatoes (400 g) 🍅
500 ml of vegetable or chicken stock
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 chopped onion 🧅
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
Salt, pepper
