• 500 g wheat flour
• 1 sachet dry baker’s yeast (or 10 g fresh yeast)
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt •
250 ml warm water
• 100 ml warm milk
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
