1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

250 ml lukewarm milk

30 g melted butter

1 egg

For the garlic and cheese filling:
60 g melted butter

2 to 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

100 g grated mozzarella (or mozzarella-emmental mix)

1 tbsp chopped parsley (fresh or dried)

1 pinch of salt
