Delicious homemade doughs
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of sugar
250 ml of warm water
21/4 teaspoons dry yeast
360 g of 00 flour
11/2 tsp Italian herbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Mix warm water with sugar and yeast. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Add flour, salt, spices and oil. Knead until the mixture is elastic (about 8 minutes).
Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough, add your favourite toppings, and bake in the oven at 220°C for 12–15 minutes.
👉 Tip: For a crispy edge, brush the edges with oil before cooking.
