Farfalle pasta with minced meat and creamy sauce

Ingredients for 4 people:
– 450g minced meat
– 340g farfalle (butterfly pasta)
– 475ml beef stock
– 240ml double cream (or whole cream)
– 1 small chopped onion
– 2 chopped garlic cloves
– 1 tsp paprika
– ½ tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp salt
– 100g grated Parmesan cheese
– Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
