Natural defense against colds and flu

Ingredients (for approx. 1.5 l of juice):
1 kg of ripe peaches (yellow or white, very sweet)
700 ml of water
100 g of sugar (the amount should be adjusted to the sweetness of the fruit)
Juice of one lemon (to preserve the color and add freshness)

– Preparation

1. Wash and slice the peaches.
Wash the peaches thoroughly, peel them (if you prefer a smoother consistency), and cut them into small pieces, removing the pit.
2. Cook the peaches.
Pour the water into a large pot, add the peach slices, sugar, and lemon juice.
