One, two, and done! A new dessert in 15 minutes. It’s really very quick: the filling is a masterpiece that surprised the whole family.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, combine with salt and sugar. Add the flour to the egg mixture, and knead the dough with a whisk.
Gradually pour the milk into the dough, continuing to knead.
Melt the butter, add it to the dough along with the remaining milk, and mix. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise for 10 minutes.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the dough onto it.
Bake the cake at 190 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 25 to 30 minutes.
After baking, remove the cake from the baking sheet and let it cool.
Meanwhile, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and sour cream in a bowl.
Whip the mixture until thickened.
Evenly spread the cream over the surface of the cake. Sprinkle the cream layer with berries, and roll the cake into a bun with the filling inside.

If necessary, the ugly ends of the bun can be trimmed.
