Baguettes au Gratin with Ham & Cheese
Ingredients
4 small baguettes (or 2 large ones to cut in half)
100 g diced ham (or turkey, chicken, etc.)
150 to 200 g grated cheese (mozzarella, emmental, cheddar, etc.)
2 tbsp crème fraîche or béchamel
sauce 1 pinch of oregano or herbes de Provence
Pepper (and salt if necessary)
