Cabbage rolls with meat: the recipe for a quick and tasty second course
Cabbage rolls with meat are an ideal main course for winter, a simple and quick recipe prepared for us by chef Michele Ghedini . These are cabbage balls filled with minced meat mixed with egg, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, to which we have added sliced scamorza cheese. The rolls will then be cooked in a pan or in the oven for less than half an hour. The filling can vary according to personal taste: you can also replace the minced meat with crumbled sausage, cold cuts or use mixed vegetables, so as to make vegetarian cabbage rolls.
