If you are using fresh potatoes, wash them, peel them and cut them into even fries.
Dry the fries with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture and achieve crispier results.
Step 2: Season the fries
Preheat your oven to 200–220°C (392–428°F).
Place the potato fries in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with sweet paprika, garlic powder, potato seasoning, and salt. Toss again to ensure the fries are evenly seasoned.
Step 3: Cook the fries
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer, making sure they don’t overlap for even cooking.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even crispness.
Step 4: Serve
Remove the fries from the oven and let them cool slightly.
