Lost for decades… this rice and yeast recipe is back in fashion

Ideal for: A light, gluten-free bread rich in probiotics.

Ingredients
:
1 cup of raw rice
1 teaspoon of baker’s yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 cup of warm water
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
Soak the raw rice in water for 6 hours (or overnight).
Drain and blend with a cup of water to form a smooth dough.
Add the yeast, sugar, and salt, then let it ferment for 2 to 3 hours in a warm place.
Pour into a mold and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Result: A soft, light, and slightly sweet bread, perfect for accompanying meals!
