3. Rice Fritters (Forgotten Recipe of our Grandmothers)
Ideal for: A crunchy and tasty snack.
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg (or 1/2 mashed banana for a vegan version)
1/2 cup milk or water
Oil for frying
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients until you get a thick paste.
Heat the oil and drop small balls of dough.
Fry until golden brown.
✅Result: Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!
