To prepare the drink you will need:
250 ml lukewarm water
1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
the juice of half a fresh lemon
Mix all ingredients in a glass of lukewarm water, drink in the morning on an empty stomach, preferably 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast.
