Pan-fried gnocchi tartiflette style

Ingredients
500 g potato gnocchi (fresh or frozen)

200 g smoked bacon or diced bacon

1 yellow onion, finely chopped

150 ml heavy cream (or vegetable cream for the light version)

1/2 Reblochon (200-250 g), sliced

2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Freshly ground black pepper

Fresh parsley or chives (for decoration)

(Optional): garlic, nutmeg
