1. Not drinking enough water

3. Excessive salt consumption
When we talk about salt, we immediately think of kidney health! This is neither a myth nor an urban legend. Salt is really dangerous for kidney health. Limit consumption to excessive amounts!
4. Withhold your urine
Do not tolerate this under any circumstances. This should not become a habit, because as soon as you feel the need to go to the bathroom, do not hesitate to do so. Otherwise, holding too much urine can affect your kidney function.
