We all know that if we don’t use certain muscle groups for a while, they will weaken.
For example, if someone injures their leg and uses a wheelchair for a while, the leg will become increasingly weaker. The same thing happens with the eye muscles.
If you wear glasses and don’t exercise your eyes, your vision will deteriorate. The eye muscles need exercise just like any other muscle in the body.
The process for restoring your vision is as follows:
- It is recommended to close your eyes for a few minutes every two or three hours and avoid putting too much pressure on them.
- You need to do eye exercises. There are 16 exercises above (follow these lines with your eyes).
- Don’t wear glasses
- Massage the specific points every day
You can gently press on the eyeball with the tips of your middle and index fingers. Press lightly so that you don’t feel any pain. Then, with your index finger, press on the points below.
